Chief Uchenna Herbert Okereke

Chief Uchenna Herbert Okereke is the founder and chief executive of Janus Consulting Nigeria Limited. With over 30 years of combined experience spanning public service, private enterprise, and management consulting, he is widely regarded as a foremost practitioner of human capital development in Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI, UK). He is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
As Chief Executive, he provides strategic leadership to the firm and personally leads high-profile consulting engagements with federal government agencies, multilateral organisations, and blue-chip corporations. His approach combines rigorous academic grounding with decades of practical, field-tested experience.
Cheryl Ogochukwu Okereke Esq.
Managing Director

Barr. Cheryl Ogochukwu Okereke is the Managing Director of Janus Consulting Nigeria Limited, responsible for operational excellence, client relations, and business development. She is a qualified legal practitioner, called to the Nigerian Bar, and holds an MBA in addition to her law degree.
She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and brings a unique blend of legal acumen and business management insight to her leadership role. Her expertise spans corporate governance, HR advisory, compliance, and organisational management.
Barr. Okereke is a skilled facilitator and has led numerous training programmes and capacity-building initiatives for public sector clients and development organisations across Nigeria. She is deeply committed to gender-responsive programming and has championed several women-in-leadership initiatives through the firm.
Engr. Adeola Gabriel Johnson
Head, Project Management

Engr. Adeola Gabriel Johnson leads the Project Management practice at Janus Consulting. A registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Project Management.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings over 15 years of experience in the planning, execution, and oversight of civil, construction, and institutional development projects. His portfolio spans federal government infrastructure projects, international development programmes, and private sector capital works.
Engr. Johnson is a strong advocate for professional standards in project delivery and has built a reputation for turning around complex projects that faced timeline and budget challenges. He also leads the firm's project management training programmes.
Ezekiel Apetu
Head, Digital Innovation & Strategy

Ezekiel Apetu heads the Branding and Digital Strategy practice at Janus Consulting, bringing deep expertise in digital transformation, online communications, and technology-enabled service delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in IT Management.
With extensive experience in website development, digital marketing, social media strategy, and multimedia production, Ezekiel helps organisations build compelling digital presences that align with their institutional identity and strategic goals.
He leads all digital engagements for the firm's clients and also manages Janus Consulting's own technology infrastructure and online presence. He is passionate about leveraging technology to amplify the reach and impact of capacity development initiatives.
Amadi Joeakin Chinedu
Senior Consultant, Construction & Infrastructure

Amadi Joeakin Chinedu is a Senior Consultant specialising in construction management and infrastructure project advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management.
With extensive field experience in building construction, quantity surveying, and site supervision, Amadi provides critical technical support to the firm's project management engagements — particularly those involving physical infrastructure, renovation, and built-environment projects.
He has worked on a diverse portfolio of construction projects for government clients, private developers, and international NGOs. His practical expertise complements the firm's broader project management advisory capabilities and strengthens its offering to clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
