Chief Uche Herbert Okereke is a seasoned business executive, management consultant, and real estate development professional with over 40 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning management consulting, construction management, and strategic business development.

He serves as Chairman/CE and Principal Consultant of Janus Consulting Nigeria Limited, providing executive oversight across strategic planning, institutional development, and leadership effectiveness engagements. He is concurrently Executive Director at Shelter Concepts Nigeria Limited, a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), and a Founding Board Member of the Abuja Estate Developers Association. He is registered as a contractor and consultant with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing.

Cheryl Okereke is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with a career spanning legal practice, human resources management, and organisational development. She practised at Carol Agnes Chambers for over 15 years (2003–2019), developing expertise in employment law, corporate compliance, and institutional governance.

She subsequently obtained a CIPD Level 3 qualification in People Practice and served as HR Executive at U-Connect Human Resources Limited (2023–2025). As Managing Director, she provides executive leadership across JCNL's HR advisory and training practice areas, combining legal rigour with applied people management expertise.

Engr. Adeola Johnson heads JCNL's Project Management division with approximately 15 years of experience in building and civil engineering, covering design, construction, and supervision of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

His portfolio includes a 50km road construction project in Akwa-Ibom State, project engineering for FinBank Orlu, a staff canteen at the Prison Training School, housing and infrastructure for Shelter Concepts Nigeria Limited in Abuja, and the regional headquarters of Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, Abuja. He is an Affiliate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Ezekiel Apetu is a digital technology consultant with a strong foundation in product development, cloud infrastructure, and technology strategy. He has built and delivered digital platforms and solutions for clients across Nigeria and international markets, working at the intersection of technical execution and strategic product thinking. He holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect credential and a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification.

He is the founder of a technology venture developing SaaS infrastructure for the Nigerian creative economy. Within JCNL's practice, his focus is technology advisory and digital innovation — helping institutional clients evaluate and adopt digital tools, build communications infrastructure, and develop internal capacity for increasingly technology-driven environments, including the design and delivery of AI literacy programmes tailored for public sector audiences.

Amadi Joeakin Chinedu is an Associate Consultant contributing specialist expertise in construction management, site engineering, and personnel coordination, with over a decade of field experience across multiple Nigerian states.

His project engagements include residential estate development at Canaan Estate Abuja, industrial development with Jagris Nigeria Limited and Cicasa West Africa, and contract data collection for a World Bank family health project across Anambra and Enugu states. His HSE certifications and PMP qualification underscore a commitment to professional standards and site safety.
